Executive Director
Krista joined Whit’s End in 2023 and also serves as the Manager of Care Management at Wooster Community Hospital. Krista has been a social worker since 1998, with most of a career dedicated to healthcare and mental health.
Krista is passionate about Whit’s End and the mission to supporting the whole person throughout the cancer journey. Krista believes that the emotional, practical, and supportive services offered by Whit’s End complements medical treatment and helps create an outlet for holistic care for patients and their caregivers.
Krista’s commitment to this work is both professional and personal. Having lost family members to cancer at a young age and having loved ones who continue to face cancer with remarkable strength and resilience, Krista has seen firsthand the profound impact a cancer diagnosis can have on individuals and families. These experiences continue to deepen Krista’s commitment to ensuring that no one has to navigate the journey alone.

Program Coordinator
Kat joined Whit’s End Community Place in 2020 and is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. She also serves as the Social Media Specialist and Graphic Design Assistant for the Marketing Department at Wooster Community Hospital Health System.
Her connection to Whit’s End is deeply personal. During her godmother’s journey with breast cancer, Kat saw firsthand the importance of support, compassion, and community for both patients and their loved ones. That experience inspired her commitment to helping ensure no one faces cancer alone.
As Program Coordinator, Kat enjoys connecting people with the resources, programs, and support services available through Whit’s End Community Place.
